Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of D9ai ("Service"), operated by D9ai ("we", "our", or "us") at d9ai.online. By accessing or using D9ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

D9ai is an AI-powered email and calendar client that connects to your Gmail inbox and Google Calendar. It allows you to read emails, send emails, view calendar events, and create or modify events using a natural language AI assistant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use D9ai. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using D9ai on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You sign in to D9ai using your Google account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must notify us immediately at legal@d9ai.online if you believe your account has been compromised.

You can revoke D9ai's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use D9ai to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk emails.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates Google's Terms of Service.

5. AI Assistant

D9ai uses an AI assistant to help you manage your email and calendar. The AI operates on your instructions and takes actions on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing any actions the AI takes, including emails sent and calendar events created.

AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on the AI for time-sensitive or critical communications.

6. Google Services

D9ai integrates with Google Gmail and Google Calendar via the Google API. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The D9ai platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your emails and calendar data remain yours. We claim no ownership over content in your Gmail inbox or Google Calendar.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

D9ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for any emails sent, events created, or other actions taken by the AI assistant at your instruction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D9ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to D9ai at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service.

You may stop using D9ai at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of D9ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
